Karen Petersen teaching kids all about the
farm.
For the fall session, kids can learn about the fascinating
life of a farmer, from the daily duties to what corn and beans are
made into after they leave the farm. Activities includes a Hayrack Ride,
Mini Putt, Grandma's Play house, Corn Maze, Straw
Jump and a Jumping Pillow.
Bring a sack lunch or snack and we will
set up a place for them to enjoy.
If you don't bring anything, for an additional charge, we can provide
the snack for you (with advance notice, of course)!

Teachers & Educators:
Contact karen@bloomsburyfarm.com or call 319-446-7667 to book a field trip that guarantees to stimulate young minds!

On any given day at Bloomsbury Farm, the sounds
of happy children fill the air. They are mucking about in the barns,
finding their way out of a maze, exploring Grandma's Playhouse,
bouncing about on a hayrack ride, or enjoying a snack at the Pumpkin
Grill and Cafe. Bloomsbury Farm prides itself on providing positive,
enjoyable and educational experiences on the farm for children of
all ages. This year kids will sprout their curiosity about agriculture,
natural resources, food and people in our "Growing On The Farm"
program. They will also take a plant of their own home, and see
if they can make it grow.
