Please note that we will NOT book any weddings in September or October due to the high volume of traffic on the Farm during those two months.

We charge $3,500 to hold your Wedding Ceremony and/or Reception at Bloomsbury Farm. Seating for 175 will be provided; any linens, napkins, china, silverware, or supplies will be extra. An initial deposit of $1,000 is required to hold your date.


This fee includes the use of: 2 Party Barns, large round plastic tables with 8 wooden chairs each for a total of 175 chairs, Gift Table, Cake Table, Head Table(s), & Serving Tables


Additional Items Available for Rent:

Chairs - $2.50 each

Tables (60" Round or 6' Rectangle) - $5.00 each

White Table Linens - $5.00 each

Portable Microphone - $75.00 flat fee

Tent (40'x40') - Market Price through Spielman's Event Services

Included Activities for Guests to Enjoy: Corn Box, Grandma’s Playhouse, Western Town, Tube Slide, Barnyard Buddies Petting Zoo, Tire Maze, Pedal Carts, and the Straw Jump


Please let us know in advance if you’d like to make available any of the following additional activities for your guests, so that we can staff accordingly.

Time Restrictions:

All events must be concluded by 12:30 AM. An overage fee of $75/hour will be charged for each additional hour beyond 12:30 AM.


Decoration Restrictions:

*If you wish to have tables and chairs removed we can do so for a fee of $100.

*White table linens can be rented from Bloomsbury Farm for $6 each. Please feel free to bring in your own table coverings if you wish.

*If you require any additional supplies for your event (extension cords, ladders, pliers, etc.) we will charge a flat $75 fee, so please come prepared.

*We do not allow nails, tacks, glue, paint, confetti, fireworks, or sparklers.

*Candles must have a container to catch the wax.

*Bloomsbury Farm is a smoke-free facility, however a designated smoking area will be provided for private events.

*Set-Up time is 10 AM the day of the event.

*All set-up must be complete at least 2 hours prior to the event.

*All articles brought into Bloomsbury Farm must be taken out immediately after the event unless prior approval is obtained to pick up at a later time.


Food Restrictions:

We do not allow any outside food, other than the wedding cake(s) to be brought into Bloomsbury Farm. We offer many catering options to meet your dining needs; please see the attached Menus for our offerings, and feel free to suggest new ideas. You are welcome to purchase alcohol through Bloomsbury Farm. Please contact us for pricing.



You will be held responsible for any damages incurred to Bloomsbury Farm’s facilities by you or your guests.


If you would like a Preferred Vendor List for local DJ’s, Florists, Photographers, etc. please let us know! Additionally, dance floors, decorations, additional tables & chairs, and tents can be rented from Spielman’s Event Services in Cedar Rapids.
